Do I need an account to place an order?
You are not required to register an account and may engage our services straightaway. However, we would highly recommend you register an account to enjoy the benefits as listed in the ‘Your Order’ portal.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link on our Sign In page and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
How do I receive QX email updates?
You can subscribe to our newsletters to hear about all the latest promotions and stay informed on the latest arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by ticking the relevant box during your registration process.
How do I place an order on QX?
Click here to be directed to the instructions listed in the ‘Your Order’ portal.
When will I be charged for my order?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and an email would be sent to you confirming that your order is successful. If your card is unauthorised, payment would not be taken and you will receive an email to notify you that payment is unsuccessful.
Can I place an order over the phone?
If you have a special request or require assistance in purchasing an item that is not listed, please feel free to contact us directly via the phone or Whatsapp and we would be glad to assist you directly.
Can I place a special order/pre-order of an item that it not listed or not in stock?
As we endeavor to make available to you the widest choice possible, some items may be listed even though they are not in stock yet. Such items would be labelled accordingly and would usually be available within 14 days and delivered to you the soonest.
Please note that for pre-order items, payment would also have to be made immediately upon an order being placed.
Part of our services also include receiving special orders to purchase items that are not listed on our Site. If there are specific items you would like to purchase for you, fill in the column provided at the ‘Contact Us’ portal with your request and details and we will contact you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is completed and payment is made, you will not be able to cancel or modify the order as your purchase would be processed immediately for shipping.
What are credits?
By signing up for an account, you will receive credits amounting to 1% of your total purchase price.
Each credit is worth RM 1 and be used in your next purchase. Please note that these credits can only be used on our Site and cannot be converted into currency. Orders and Shipping
How do I track my order?
We ship all over the world and provide all packages with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, an email would be sent to you containing the shipping details and the tracking number. You may follow the link provided in the email to track the status of your purchase.
How long would my purchase arrive?
Once an order has been shipped, the arrival time would depend on the carrier. However, you may estimate your purchase to arrive based on the following:
Domestic purchase: 3-5 working days.
International purchase: 7-14 working days (depending on your location)
At this moment, there are no options for express delivery.
How much are the shipping charges?
For domestic purchases, the shipping fees are fixed as follows:
West Malaysia: RM 10
East Malaysia: RM 10
For international purchases, the shipping fee would depend on the postcode of the delivery address. The applicable rate would be displayed when you are making your purchase.
Can I choose to collect my purchase personally?
This option is always made available to you and this is how it works:

- Select a pick-up address amongst the options available.
- Once your item is prepared and ready for collection, an email will be sent to you containing the invoice.
- During collection, bring your confirmation email/invoice for verification.
